Welcome to Toynton-All-Saints Primary School

We are a values-led school which enables our children to embrace challenges and opportunities in life, so that they can achieve their very best. Small classes of under 25 allow us to create a nurturing environment for the children and a personalised learning approach for all. Our children have an active voice in how we run our school through our School Council, who due to their collaboration with other School Councils in Lincolnshire, will be visiting The Houses of Parliament on 19th October 2015, with 3 other Lincolnshire Schools. We are proud of our children, who work hard and achieve well at school. In 2015, 92% of our Key Stage 1 children achieved at least a Level 2 in their combined Reading, Writing and Maths SATs and 66% of our Key Stage 2 children achieved Level 5 in Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar and 33% of them achieved Level 5 in Reading and Maths. We are a Forest School, with our Wild At Heart conservation area providing first hand learning and team building skills for all of the children across the school. All of our children, from 3 to 11 years old, work together in family groups to explore the outside learning area first hand, constructing shelters, creating outside art installations and cooking outdoors. We provide part-time funded places for children from 3 years of age, with the option to stay for full days for a fee. We currently have 11 Little Acorns enjoying this provision, which helps enormously with their transition into Reception. In addition, we provide a daily Breakfast Club from 8.00am and our 5.30 Club, which provides after school care every evening. We are holding an Open Day on November 10th, where we warmly invite you to visit the school to meet the children and the teaching team, for a guided tour with the School Council. Or, please call the office to book an alternative time. We look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful school! Mrs. Coulthurst Head Teacher
