Welcome to Toynton-All-Saints Primary School

wild at heart receptions

We are a values-led school which enables our children to embrace challenges and opportunities in life, so that they can achieve their very best. Average class sizes of 26 allow us to create a nurturing environment for the children and a personalised learning approach for all.

Our children have an active voice in how we run our school through our School Council, who organise projects with the school councils in our strategic alliance partnership, The Kyra East Strategic Alliance.

We are proud of our children, who work hard and achieve well at school. In 2017, our Year 6 children achieved well in the tests against the new curriculum, with 80% meeting expectations in the Reading and Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar Tests and 90% in the Maths tests.

We provide funded places for children from 3 years of age, up to their 30 hours entitlement. We currently have 22 Little Acorns enjoying this provision, which will enormously help with their transition into Reception in September 2018. In addition, we provide a daily Breakfast Club from 8.00am and our 5.30 Club, which provides after school care every evening.

Please call the office for an appointment to visit the school to meet the children and the teaching team and for a guided tour with the School Council.

We look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful school!

OFSTED Graded Good

In our 2017 OFSTED report we were awarded the grade of “Good”.

We are a Forest School

Our Wild At Heart conservation area provides first hand learning and team building skills for all of the children across the school.

All of our children, from 3 to 11 years old, work together in family groups to explore the outside learning area first hand, constructing shelters, creating outside art installations and cooking outdoors.

This award was given to for our commitment to promoting the benefits of physical activity and offering good physical activity provision.
