Welcome to Toynton-All-Saints Primary School

wild at heart receptions

We are a values-led school which enables our children to embrace challenges and opportunities in life, so that they can achieve their very best. Average class sizes of 26 allow us to create a nurturing environment for the children and a personalised learning approach for all.

Our children have an active voice in how we run our school through our School Council, who organise projects with 4 other local schools in our Fantastic Four Collaboration and with Lincoln-based schools, through our partnership with The Kyra Teaching School.

We are proud of our children, who work hard and achieve well at school. In 2016 our Year 6 children achieved fantastically in the first round of the SATs tests against the new curriculum and significantly above National average scores. Our children achieved: 80% meeting age expected standard in Reading and 87% age expected standard in Writing and Maths.

We provide part-time funded places for children from 3 years of age, with the option to stay for full days for a fee. We currently have 9 Little Acorns enjoying this provision, which helps enormously with their transition into Reception in September 2017. In addition, we provide a daily Breakfast Club from 8.00am and our 5.30 Club, which provides after school care every evening.

We warmly invite you to call the office for an appointment to visit the school to meet the children and the teaching team and for a guided tour with the School Council.

We look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful school!

OFSTED Graded Good

In our 2008 OFSTED report we were awarded the grade of “Good”.

While for some this would be satisfactory we endeavor to improve of this year on year.

We are a Forest School

Our Wild At Heart conservation area provides first hand learning and team building skills for all of the children across the school.

All of our children, from 3 to 11 years old, work together in family groups to explore the outside learning area first hand, constructing shelters, creating outside art installations and cooking outdoors.

This award was given to for our commitment to promoting the benefits of physical activity and offering good physical activity provision.
